Family friendly with great service

The staff were helpful when we had trouble finding the car park after a long drive. We were also pleased to have a cot for the baby ready in the room when we arrived.

It was a bit pricey but considering the great location and service it was acceptable.

Family room for large bottles of drinks accommodated us perfectly. Thoroughly enjoyed that we had a safe, satellite TV and a seating area.

The staff were friendly, making our stay nice.

The room, while functional, showed signs of age and could benefit from remodeling.

Hotel is situated 5 minute walk from the beach and main promenade in Larnaca. It is comfortable with swimming pool on the roof. But it is 3-star hotel not 4 as it is presented on Booked.net

The staring personal at you during the breakfest was not so pleasant.

The location, very close to the bus station and in the city center.

Internet did not work and transformed our stay into a nightmare. Breakfast very poor and lacking totally plan and respect to the customers.

The staff were genuinely helpful and provided really good service . The room I stayed in showed signs of age and could benefit from an update. Noise levels from outside made it difficult to relax at times.

The dimension of the room. The swimming pool service on the roof , with sun umbrella and sun chair included. The location of the hotel, that was at the same time near to the centre of the town and not too far from the seaside (200 mt more or less). Nearby there was

Hotel's staff mistook my reservation. Just a week later the e-mail confirmation of the reservation, they told me there was no place for a couple fo the day during the requested period. So they proposed me to go to another hotel that was, however, quite good, as central as theirs, not too far from it and without extra cost. Despite the fact that they made the aforesaid mistake, they nevertheless asked me on arrival to pay for the the whole period in advance (even if that was not written on the booking site).

Everything was great during 4 days, thoroughly enjoyed its good location just off the beach and bars/shops on the front, and restaurants. The very helpful staff upgraded us to a brand-new room for large bottles of drinks. The free parking was on-site, first-class service. The pool on the premises was excellent.

The rooftop pool is amazing and just a short walk to the beach. My studio room was spacious and had everything I needed. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby kept me entertained. It was a solid choice for my stay.

Apartment space was huge while I found everything needed inside. You just feel like you're home. Location as well is just a short walk distance from the seaside.

Room was cleaned every day but towels and bed sheets are not changed everyday. The worst the situation was when I asked to change it because something poured in my bed and they refused to change till the third day according to their cleaning program.

Reception staff very efficient and helpful, good base for a business trip on a budget.

Restaurant/catering staff unhelpful, not even a coffee available even though we had paid for breakfast - seems that they shut at 9:30am.

The room was huge, but the a/c was broken and really uncomfortable.

In city entre and close to all shopping and amenities.

Extra for Air conditioning, extra for internet, new threadbare towel only every 2 days, no bathroom requisites, no aircon in public areas, extreme portion control, no tea or coffee in room, water restrictions on tapware, two bedroom appartments are in fact one bedroom with a spare single bed shoved in lounge room/kitchen. Overall dishonest and uncomfortable.

i like location, staff and comfort. Back again if visit Larnaca

I didnt'k like hotel's price. Its not cheap
